Its a love/hate relationship

I overheard Jim telling someone the other day that he had to wait to bug spray until I was away from the house because I liked bugs too much. I'm not sure when I became a "Save the bugs" type of person. Maybe its because when I take pictures I realize how amazing these little creatures are. God doesn't make mistakes, even when he made the bugs. Ok, I have to admit they can be a little creepy but just look at them... aren't they cute??


Praying (or is it Preying) Mantis


I'm not sure I ever saw black and white bees before I moved to Arizona. Or maybe I just never took the time to notice.

I'm not sure what kind of moth this is yet...doing some research. I do like how he's sneaking up on that little aphid. Goooo get em.

This is a skipper


This is a Rustic Sphinx Moth. I saw one a few years ago and then haven't seen any until this year. Now, they seem to be all over the place. They can get pretty big.
