I don't know how many of you saw the moon and some planets this last week. I quess this is the closest that they will be too each other for many years. This was about 6pm on Dec 1st. It was storming up in Washington at the time so I know my family didn't see it. Heres what you missed ;-)
P.S. - These are taken with my old camera. Jim just bought me a new camera. Its a Canon Rebel XTI. Soon you will see some photos from that camera.

I need Santa to bring me a tripod. I always get "movement. Maybe he'll throw in a remote, what do yoy call it? Shutter button thingie. The word left me. Anyway, those are great pictures. Yes, it was stunning to see.
