Eiffel Tower - Day 2

The second day in Paris started by getting to the Eiffel tower at 9:30am. We found the line was already 3 hours long to take the elevator up. We are not the wait in line sort of people so instead of waiting, we found that there was no line for the stairs. Can you believe it? People would rather wait in line than walk up 33 flights of stairs. We figured we hiked the Grand Canyon, we can do this. So we did. We could take the stairs up to the 2nd platform and then take the elevator (with no wait) up the rest of the way. We were up and down in 1.5 hours. It was so much fun. It was a workout but well worth it!
