Leptoglossus zonatus

Look what I found on our pomegranite tree.... a Leptoglossus zonatus. Well, some call them leaf footed bugs but I just call them ugly. What I didn't know at the time is that when they are disburbed they can emit an a foul smelling chemical attack. They also destroy fruit...as seen with these pomegranites. I think this time I will let Jim get the bug spray out!
