Fog

Its a new month.  Its been a while since I've posted.  The reason is we had no fast internet.  Its such a pain.  Where we live we cannot get cable or DSL and have to have satellite internet.  We get an allotment of "Fast" internet and when we use it up its so slow we might as well not even be on the internet.  So, towards the end of the month its hard to post anything.

Its been a really rough week for me.  Maybe someday I'll post about it but not now.  When I told my friend, Cheryl, she laughed hysterically, which took me back into reality a little.  Yes, this too shall pass and I may be able to look back and laugh at it....but not now.  Cheryl said it was something that would happen to her that's why she thought it was funny.  But its really not.  Anyway, I'll just say that its been really stressful.  I'm still trying to work it out but hopefully after today it will get better.  I know your dying to know what happened....

Sunday morning we woke up to thick fog.  I've never seen fog this thick that I can remember.  Fog is not normal for Tucson.   We received 1.5 inches of rain over the weekend.  We had meeting at our place on Sunday morning and the ground was just saturated with rain and pretty muddy.  At least the dips and puddles coming up the hill weren't too bad and no one had any trouble getting here.

The moon was amazing last night when it came up over the hills.  I love how bright and beautiful it is at night when the moon is bright.  The weather here is going to be amazing the next 10 days.  Its will be in the 70s and 80s.  Nothing like sunshine to make a person feel better.   The gem show is on right now and so I cant wait to go explore around town....with my parents.  Nothing like mom and dad to make a person feel better too.  Cant wait.

And the Seahawks lost.  I was busy and couldn't listen or watch the game and I guess its better that I didn't.  Its all a game anyway.  I am sorry that they lost. Maybe next year.

Anyway, heres some photos of the last few days.

Out the living room window looking North.

Cant see past the barn.

The Saguaros by the driveway in are hardly visible.

The Javalinas came to meeting but I didn't realize they were down there till afterwards.  I guess the fog didn't bother them,

and they decided to stay allllll day.

Always lots of rabbits

and Coyotes.  He's licking a salt rock.

There always seems to be two coyotes together.

Thanks for posting... appreciate the update...

It makes me feel a little bad that I haven't done an update for so long... guess its a bit like when I have time I don't want to and when I want too I don't have time.

Thanks again.
