Tuesday

Well, we got the Jeep running. We didn't really do much. We pulled the battery and took it to the parts store. They checked it on their machine and said it was fine. We then waited until it was cooler (7:00pm) and went back and put the battery in and it started up. I don't know. Talk about tempermental. Its worse than a man! ;-)

This week work is really hard. We had to tell some families in a particular adoption program we have to UP their fees by 3,000. Luckily I only had 6 families to tell. Not a fun conversation to have especially when they have already signed contracts for lower amounts. I try not to take things personally but people can get pretty upset. I really don't blame them and I would be yelling too if it happened to me.

I barbecued corn-on-the-cob and steaks tonight. Turned out pretty good. For dessert I went to EEGEES and got a strawberry eegee for Jim and a pina colada eegee for me. For those that do not have eegees in your town. Your missing out.

Today was Jims day off and he worked on his truck. Ever since I got stuck in a monsoon a few years ago the power steering unit has had a crack in it. (I learned that its not a Good idea not to drive through too deep of water). So, its finally to the point where he has to add fluid to it before he goes anywhere. So, today he fixed it. What a hero.
