May 10 - Picnic at the Arboretum in Seattle

On Saturday we went down to the Arboretum to celebrate Mothers Day, a day early. Both Diane and Mom have always loved picnicing at the Arboretum on Mothers Day. As a kid I just didn't get it. I'm sure that Darren and Dustin kind of felt that way to. It was such a beautiful day and we had such great fun. I had a moment....a moment that I wanted to capture and hold in my mind forever. Where everything seems so pefect and the world was just right...just for that moment. The sun was shining. The grass smelled good. The guys were playing catch. We were all happy. It was perfect. With my family right around me. But those moments do end but I'm thankful I can look back at these photos and bring back those perfect memories of a perfect day.
